Antique vehicles start their engines to take their honoured places in Riga Motor Museum. A symbolical ride home shall be performed by the world’s oldest automobile Benz Patent Motorwagen. 130 years ago this vehicle marked the beginning of the world’s automotive industry. Therefore, the vehicle’s authentic replica is a meaningful and precious novelty for the museum’s exposition.
Countdown to the opening of the renovated Riga Motor Museum and presentation of the Benz Patent Motorwagen shall take place on Wednesday, 25th of May 12.00 o’clock at Domes Square, next to the Domes church.
With the countdown to the opening of Riga Motor Museum on the 2nd of July, we will have the possibility to experience a historic event – starting the engine of the world’s first automobile, as well as learn about the opening of Riga Motor Museum.
